Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (15+ years) of successful project management experience within the construction industry, preferably focusing on commercial, healthcare, or educational projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a strong aptitude for technology.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
