Job Title: Field Specialist/Technician

Overview:

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., a prominent entity in the Commercial Real Estate sector, is looking for a dedicated Field Specialist/Technician to become part of their Integrated Facilities Solutions team. This role involves critical onsite liaison duties, including balcony inspections and drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute project assignments efficiently while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Engage with site representatives to ensure effective communication.
  • Systematically organize data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Travel regularly to various job sites within the designated region.
  • Conduct thorough site reconnaissance and sampling activities.
  • Provide updates on project progress to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with team members.
  • Identify and address any project-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a field technician is preferred.
  • Willingness to pursue learning opportunities and obtain relevant certifications.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality work within set timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:

  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Clear communication skills for both in-person and telephonic interactions.
  • Visual acuity for reading printed materials and digital screens.
  • Physical capability for bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting equipment.

Compensation:

The expected base salary ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for discretionary incentive bonuses.
