About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at Opcpest. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a service-related industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license through the Kentucky Department of Agriculture within the first 90 days of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with B2B clients and managing territory-based assignments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
