Purchasing Operations Coordinator

Collabera seeks a skilled Purchasing Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the procurement team in managing purchasing operations, developing strategic sourcing plans, and optimizing supply chain processes to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and adjust purchasing decisions accordingly
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to meet business needs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
