- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with at least 10 years of experience.

- Strong listening skills to understand client challenges and proactively provide solutions.
- Exceptional formal writing capabilities, including technical writing, editing, and briefing preparation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint for maintaining a library of reusable communication products.
