Job Summary

Morrison Industrial Equipment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ordering and receiving parts, processing work orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and receive parts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Review and approve work orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with customer quotes and provide pricing information
  • Manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts as needed
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of mechanics and parts
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Excel
