Overview of the Academic Alliance

Celonis originated from academic research and has maintained strong connections with educational institutions through the Celonis Academic Alliance program. This initiative aims to cultivate the next generation of Process Miners and foster co-innovation in the field.

The Academic Alliance serves as our global outreach program, focusing on education and research partnerships with universities and colleges. Our mission is to prepare the future workforce in Process Mining while contributing to collaborative research and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Go-to-Market strategy for the Academic Alliance, targeting growth in the North America region.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with universities, colleges, and research institutions in North America.
  • Act as a liaison between Celonis and the academic community to facilitate talent development and collaborative projects.
  • Represent Celonis in building trusted partnerships with key academic stakeholders.
  • Deliver Academic Alliance services, including workshops, guest lectures, and classroom support.
  • Become proficient in Celonis technology to assist educators in integrating our products into their curricula.
  • Contribute to the development of new educational products and community events within the Academic Alliance.
  • Collaborate with the Ecosystem department and other internal teams to maximize the impact of the Academic Alliance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, Education, or a related field.
  • Genuine passion for the mission of the Academic Alliance and education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Academic Alliances, or Software Training.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with academic leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  • Proven business acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent conversational skills; additional language proficiency is a plus.
