Job Title: Registered Medical Assistant

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Medical Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Medical Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining patient flow in the clinic and coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Coordinate schedules for patients and providers
  • Prepare patients for examination
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain a Medical Assistant Registered (MA-R) credential through the State of Washington, sponsored by Olympia Orthopaedic Associates
  • Active BLS certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinic
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Administrative Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant Program preferred but not required
