Competitive Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this role is $25.93 - $37.29 USD per hour, based on factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. However, pay is influenced by various factors specific to applicants.
About the Job
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a providers' office team. If you love variety, have a customer service attitude, and exemplify professional diplomacy, this is the role for you. As a Medical Assistant at MultiCare, you will engage with patient customers while working closely with your clinical team to provide excellent customer service and patient care.
Responsibilities
- You will perform safe clinical skills within the scope of practice of the CMA, including clinical duties in the management of ambulatory patients.
- You will be an integral part of the team working under the direction of a licensed health care practitioner.
- You will utilize your knowledge towards the integration of available standards, resources, and data.
- You will assist with front office duties as needed, applying your discretion, good judgment, and diplomacy towards the excellent office and patient care management.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred.
