The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Application Data Integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, particularly with HL7 and Mulesoft, and will be responsible for architecting integration solutions, managing a team of integration engineers and specialists, while ensuring compliance with data integration and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect robust data integration solutions using HL7, Mulesoft, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation, including data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and technical design documents.
  • Ensure that integration solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, including IT, clinical, and business units, to prioritize and manage work requests.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience; experience in healthcare a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects on time and within budget.
