The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Therapist to join our team in evaluating and treating our residents. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents' communication and swallowing disorders, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You should have a strong foundation in speech-language pathology, with experience working with adult populations and knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for communication and swallowing disorders. A master's degree in speech-language pathology or a related field is required, and certification as a speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
