Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients within 24 hours of job completion, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process credit card payments and reconcile customer accounts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Director of Client Support Services to ensure timely invoicing and resolution of client inquiries.
  • Participate in the month-end and annual financial closing process, ensuring all accounts are up-to-date and reconciled.
  • Review and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
