About the Role

This Administrative Sales Consultant position is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Consultants in managing their sales strategy.

Main Duties
  1. Schedule appointments and interact with clients on service inquiries.
  2. Process transactions related to client accounts and prepare financial reports.
  3. Collaborate with Financial Consultants to execute their sales plan and meet team goals.
Skills and Qualifications
  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent required.
  • Licenses: Life, Health and Accident, Variable Annuity, Series 7, Series 63 or Series 66 within specified timeframes.
  • 1 year experience as an administrative assistant or comparable investment & insurance industry position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
