About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Results-Driven Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in solutions consulting, with expertise in pre-sales and implementation of martech solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales:
  • Provide pre-sales solutions design and product demonstrations to help business development managers progress leads and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop a mastery of Resulticks RESUL, becoming the go-to person for answers on features and capabilities.
  • Qualify prospects while gathering business and technical requirements during the process of introducing RESUL.
  • Create, modify, update and deliver product demonstrations to prospects and customers.
  • Liaise with the product team to provide technical solutions to business development managers, sales executives and account managers within agreed upon time frames.
Implementation & Customer Success
  • Ensure successful integration cycles from kickoff to launch, by remaining involved post sale.
  • Share the business requirements and business challenges gathered during the sales process, with the Implementation team in order to make sure the client's objectives are met.
  • Work with Product Management to provide feedback on issues with current solution/product to provide input around existing functionalities plus new features & capabilities.
Prerequisites:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or some related discipline.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with virtuoso software demonstration skills (virtual and in-person presentations).
  • Recent college graduate, or up to 10 years of experience working as a solutions consultant for a martech SaaS/PaaS/CRM company, or from digital ad agencies implementing projects within the software product and services domain.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off and professional development opportunities.
