About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Saas Labs US Inc. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential clients via phone and email to qualify their interest and set up meetings for our AE team.
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
  • Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, and their pain points.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services, customizing solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans.
  • Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
  • Regularly achieve targets "quotas, document all data on Salesforce, and use appropriate tools.
  • Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings.
  • Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience in Inside Sales, Sales, or Business Development, Sales Prospecting, or similar roles.
  • B2B/SaaS sales experience is preferred.
