About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee the Engineering department at SoHum Mountain Healing Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining building systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests
  • Prioritize safety and compliance, adhering to industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Certification in pool maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with vendors
  • Knowledge of power tools and mechanical systems, with a strong understanding of safety protocols
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs, with a high level of physical agility
  • Experience working in outdoor and mountain landscapes, with a strong appreciation for the natural environment

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with a strong emphasis on physical stamina
  • Physical agility to perform various tasks, with a high level of flexibility
  • Visual and auditory acuity, with a strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication, with a strong ability to work in a team environment

Compensation:
