Clinical Team Leader

Position Overview:
As a vital member of the Health Connect America family, you will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental and behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Communication: Foster open lines of communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Staff Management: Oversee caseload assignments, identify staffing needs, and support the recruitment process.
- Training and Development: Organize and lead orientation and continuous training initiatives for team members, collaborating with leadership to enhance staff competencies.
- Supervisory Duties: Provide clinical oversight to direct care personnel, ensuring thorough documentation and effective crisis management.
- Meeting Facilitation: Conduct regular team meetings to promote collaboration and information sharing.
- Financial and Strategic Planning: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, review financial reports, and contribute to the strategic planning process.
- Marketing and Growth: Work collaboratively on marketing strategies and regional development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to state regulations and accreditation standards, managing client authorization and documentation processes.
- Direct Services: Provide hands-on support to families as required.
- Quality Assurance: Engage in quality improvement activities, audits, and the formulation of enhancement plans.
