Head of Commercial Sales

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across finance, HR, sales, and legal. You'll lead the execution of the global sales incentive compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative, scalable incentive programs that drive sales performance and support revenue growth across all regions.
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of sales incentive programs in the USAC & LATAM region, ensuring global consistency while tailoring programs to meet local business needs and market dynamics.
- Ensure governance over all SIBG sales incentive compensation programs, maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Establish a regular reporting cadence to track performance against key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to improve plan design and execution.
- Partner with IBO, Finance, HR, Legal, and sales leadership to align compensation strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate compensation plans clearly to sales teams, leadership, and country SIP analysts, providing training and guidance to ensure effective execution and understanding of incentive structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain systems that support the efficient administration and tracking of global sales incentive programs, with a focus on scalability and governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Four years' experience managing sales incentive and compensation systems in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Three years of managing Vistex systems in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Sales Performance Management software.
- Experience with training in a private, public, or military environment.

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic and international.
Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
