Position Overview

The Quality Assurance and Training Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily operations and leadership of the Quality Assurance team, emphasizing compliance with established policies, procedures, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards as detailed in the Quality Management Framework. The project focuses on evaluating individuals to assess their functional capabilities and offers case management services aimed at securing federal disability benefits, enhancing health outcomes, and facilitating employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Supervise the execution of Quality Assurance evaluations and documentation.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the Project Quality Assurance Strategy.
  • Create Quality Assessment Checklists tailored to client specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement by reviewing quality assessments and providing insights to operational leadership.
  • Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for Project Management based on audits of case loads and other relevant areas as outlined in the QA strategy.
  • Engage in internal evaluations of policies and procedures across various departments.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Project.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited institution is required, along with two (2) years of supervisory experience or equivalent expertise; alternatively, two (2) years of supervisory experience or three (3) years of acceptable case management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in supervising a customer service or quality assurance function.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting, auditing, and refining business processes and procedures.
  • Capability to lead effective meetings and training sessions.
  • Ability to manage and complete projects efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in developing actionable plans.
