RxAnte Inc, a leading provider of predictive analytics and targeted clinical programs, seeks an experienced Product Management Leader to spearhead the development of innovative pharmacy solutions.

This pivotal role will focus on driving the product roadmap for Mosaic Pharmacy Service (MPS), a subsidiary catering to medically complex and vulnerable seniors. As a key member of the MPS leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

About the Role:
  • Lead product development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to prioritize and scope new offerings in support of MPS' strategic imperatives.
  • Promote seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure successful product releases and user adoption.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve aggressive goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably within healthcare information technology and/or pharmacy sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Health Cloud, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
What We Offer:
