Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled EDI Systems Consultant to join our team at Woongjin, INC. This role will focus on designing workflows, EDI mapping, and programming tasks. The consultant will be involved in the complete development lifecycle, which includes gathering requirements, engaging with clients, conducting analyses, coding, testing, and preparing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement EDI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the development process from initial requirements to final deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their EDI requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of EDI transactions.
  • Document all processes and maintain comprehensive records of EDI activities.

Woongjin, INC. is a forward-thinking leader in the IT Business Intelligence sector, looking for an experienced EDI developer/architect/specialist to support the maintenance, development, implementation, and management of our EDI systems. The ideal candidate will possess a robust development background across various technical disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI system development.
  • Hands-on experience with TIE Kinetix eVision, spMap, TIE Integrator, and SmartBridge.
  • Familiarity with EDI standards and transactions/messages including X12 and corresponding UN/EDIFACT messages.
  • Proficient in AS2 protocol and related technologies.
  • Experience with ERP applications, particularly SAP.
  • Knowledge of database servers such as Oracle and MS-SQL.
  • Experience with various operating systems, including Windows and UNIX.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
