Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide top-notch sales service, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences, maintaining operational expectations.
- Achieve personal and productivity goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with every customer via thoughtful questioning and active listening, staying abreast of product trends.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting team collaboration and open communication.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of retail experience with a focus on engaging customers.
- Strong motivation to achieve exceptional results driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing priorities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer needs.
Benefits:
Estimated Salary: $60,000 per annum ($15.00 per hour) based on performance and location considerations.
