Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage multiple locations, ensuring that customers receive an outstanding experience every time they visit Dairy Queen.
  • To lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and setting high standards for employee performance.
  • To develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and customer loyalty, working closely with the Manager and other stakeholders.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The salary for this position is $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
