Job Description

Job Summary:

Delta Oaks Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications A&E Project Manager to oversee the management of A&E services in the telecom vertical. This role will involve coordinating and supervising the life cycle of assigned projects from inception through completion, including all aspects of design, project management, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the life cycle of assigned projects from inception through completion.
  • Oversee a small team of design engineers and/or CAD technicians.
  • Assist in department growth through hiring/talent acquisition of additional personnel.
  • Coordinate with management to develop technical and operational approaches for the efficient completion of project and department tasks.
  • Implement procedures and ensure all associated project and department production goals (schedule and quality) are realized.
  • Apply strong analytical, design, program management, and client collaboration skills to complete turn-key services across the telecommunications market.
  • Manage site planning and feasibility assessments, zoning/planning review and interpretation, management of survey services (outsourced), civil/A&E design, and turnkey program management of front-end civil engineering services.
  • Project Management, QA/QC of Final Deliverables, Client Interaction / Coordination / Management.

Requirements:

  • Experience with computer drafting software (AutoCAD) is required.
  • Experience managing telecommunications A&E projects at a holistic level is required.
  • Experience with site development and zoning requirements typical of the telecommunications industry is desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
