Audio/Video Engineer – Operations Support

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio/Video Engineer to join our Operations Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our Audio/Video systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs, and Crestron devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Audio/Video systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Manage incidents and escalations from end-user or vendor reporting systems
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hubs
  • Support large events and executive meetings with white-glove service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Audio/Video engineering and operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs, and Crestron devices
  • Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to read CAD drawing sets
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, Firewall, and Active Directory
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Webex MTR and SDA networks
  • Knowledge of Crestron UC and Azure
  • CTS, Avixa, or PMP certification
