Job Summary

OneCloud Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for managing escalated issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving proactive mindset and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue Resolution: Manage escalated issues to resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex technical problems.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and service to our customers.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Service Support team, ensuring they have the knowledge and training required to perform daily functions.
  • Process Improvement: Implement new solutions, strategies, and processes to improve efficiencies and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Support strategic initiatives and provide general direction on non-routine projects.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
  • Operational Management: Maintain employee work schedules, including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical aptitude, including excellent trouble shooting skills, and knowledge of network infrastructure, including cloud, VoIP/Telephony, and applications.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with a history of talent development and experience communicating and reporting to Senior Leadership.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex issues and develop root cause analysis and solutions.
  • Adaptability: Highly motivated self-starter, able to lead initiatives as well as contribute as a team member, with the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Education and Experience
  • Experience: 5+ years previous experience in IT operations environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged Sitting or Standing: Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on computers.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Work Schedule: OneCloud Support team is a 24/7/365 operation, and employees must be willing and able to work non-standard hours and perform on-call duties, including evenings, overnight, holidays, and weekends.

This position requires a passing score on the SSCA Certification test, which will be provided by OneCloud Corporation.
