Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in California. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as developing tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Address Communication Disorders: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
  • Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on managing communication disorders.
  • Maintain Detailed Records: Accurately document patient conditions, progress, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in a speech therapy setting.
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Preferably fully accredited (CCC) and in Clinical Fellowship Year at least.
