* Develop unique treatment plans with a child and family-first mentality, considering the individual needs and circumstances of each student and their family.
* Actively participate in and/or conduct Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations to support students' communication goals and objectives.
* Adhere to confidentiality guidelines in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of information related to children and their families. *What You Bring:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Related Field
* Valid CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and other professionals
