Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to oversee our culinary operations specializing in Taiwanese and Cantonese cuisine at Resiliency LLC.


Key Responsibilities
Culinary Management:

Oversee the culinary activities for the Taiwanese Cantonese cuisine section, which includes crafting menus, executing recipes, and upholding rigorous safety and sanitation standards.


Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide a team of cooks, providing essential training to enhance their culinary skills while supervising daily food production to ensure excellence in quality and presentation.


Menu Innovation:

Create and design menus that capture the essence of contemporary Taiwanese and Cantonese culinary trends, ensuring authenticity and visual appeal.


Effective Communication:

Proficient in Mandarin to facilitate clear communication with both staff and clients.


Qualifications
Experience:

Demonstrated hands-on cooking experience with a focus on Cantonese and Taiwanese dishes.


Culinary Expertise:

Proven ability to develop health-conscious daily menus, showcasing a modern twist on traditional Taiwanese and Cantonese cuisine.


Leadership Skills:

Capacity to inspire and lead kitchen personnel, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.


Basic Requirements

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

This position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
