Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies
  • Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance their skills and career development
  • Monitor and review patient records and care quality

Requirements:

  • RN License required
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Charge nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer and communication skills

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
