Job Summary:
The Clinical Leadership Role is responsible for maintaining clinical integrity and overseeing quality assurance in our mental health programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working with individuals with mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate and implement procedures for operating, monitoring, and evaluating mental health programs
* Develop and lead staff training programs to maintain a culture of learning and clinical excellence
* Serve as the clinical leader for assigned areas, providing weekly individual supervision and reviewing diagnostic, treatment, and level of care decisions

Requirements:
* Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology, LMHC, or LCSW, with a valid New York State license
* Three years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illness, including one year in an institutional or correctional setting
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with DOC staff

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
