Clinical Leadership Position

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Inspir Carnegie Hill is seeking a talented and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Lead the care coordination team in conducting thorough evaluations of prospective residents and re-evaluations of current residents.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident assessments and care plans.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New York.
  • Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), especially Yardi, preferred.
