Key Responsibilities

  • Manage auto claims during the pre-litigation or early litigation phases, focusing on third-party automobile claims.
  • Effectively negotiate and resolve claims represented by attorneys in a timely manner.
  • Assess coverage matters based on a comprehensive understanding of policies and relevant laws/regulations.
  • Oversee a portfolio of legal files.
  • Identify and prioritize high-stakes cases, maintaining close oversight.

Qualifications
