Restaurant Operations Manager

Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant that serves fresh, high-quality ingredients. We're seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and motivate, coach, and work alongside our staff. Our mission is to nourish and inspire every team member, guest, and community we serve.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a Shift Manager with previous management or leadership experience, customer service skills, and the ability to deliver an uncommon experience to our guests and team members. You'll lead the restaurant with a culture of food safety, recognize team members for a job well-done, and delegate responsibilities to your team. You'll also own open, mid, or close routines for your shift and set the next shift up for success.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent guest service skills, the ability to communicate efficiently, and the ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old.
