Sales and Marketing Director

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and expand into new markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-specific business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers to drive business growth and loyalty.
**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you must have
- At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the food services industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Salary Range:** $135,000 - $150,000 per year.
