The Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Donor Processing to oversee the daily operations of the donor processing department. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in business, accounting, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees in the donor processing department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of donations.
  • Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of all aspects of the donor processing system, including Raiser's Edge and Automated Letter System.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate mail appeal processes and review donor file segmentation for mailings.
  • Recommend improvements or changes in routines and quality control standards to improve the overall efficiency of the donor processing department.
  • Handle requests, complaints, or concerns from donors and internal customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide requested reports, analyses, and other data to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in Business or Accounting is required, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years' work experience in a responsible position, with three years' experience in supervision.
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Raiser's Edge software is strongly preferred.
