Manufacturing Process Specialist

The Dakota Aircraft Corporation is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and maintaining high-quality tooling.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of tools and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure productivity.
- Troubleshoot production tooling problems and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and tooling engineers to design and implement new tooling and processes.
- Assist in the fabrication and introduction of new tooling and processes into production.
- Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; two to three years' related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to operate measurement tools, including scales, micrometers, and calipers.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
