Job Opportunity

SERV Behavioral Health System, a well-established leader in behavioral healthcare, supports individuals with mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Clinician to develop and implement behavioral support options for clients diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent therapeutic and communication skills, enabling them to work collaboratively with staff, clients, CMO, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop safety and soothing plans, providing consultation and debriefing services.
  • Facilitate group and family therapy sessions.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed to practice independently in New Jersey (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

Work Experience:

  • Minimum one year of experience working with youth with I/DD.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule accommodating client needs.

Compensation and Benefits:
