Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Community Health Centers of Burlington. As a critical member of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide essential mental health and social support services to our patients.

Your Role
  • Conduct rapid assessments, offer brief counseling, and provide longer-term psychotherapy to patients in need.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to assess mental health and substance abuse disorders, make treatment recommendations, and provide crisis intervention and behavioral medicine interventions.
What You'll Bring
  • MSW from an accredited school of social work or PhD/PsyD.
  • Licensure as an independent clinical social worker in Vermont.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred, but not mandatory.
