Join Our Team

Creative Change Counseling is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Intensive In-Home and Community Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will provide culturally competent mental health services to individuals and families in need.

Our team is dedicated to helping individuals achieve sustainable behavioral or mental health recovery through collaborative treatment plans and community engagement. We work closely with clients, their families, and communities to effectively carry out these plans and help manage their condition in the long run.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial screenings and mental health assessments to identify service needs and recommend options for care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services, as well as case management support to access needed benefits and services.
  • Collaborate with other internal and external providers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Licensed in the State of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC)
  • Master's degree in a Mental Health field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
  • Three years of mental health experience
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing treatment services using auditing tools
  • Ability to work with computers and necessary software used by the department
Working Conditions

This role requires intermittent sitting and standing, constant use of hands for computer keyboard and report writing, and occasional lifting of up to 101bs. Good visual and auditory acuity is necessary for monitoring and responding to group participation.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
