Job Summary

Xylem is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our water technology team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing pumping and support equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and servicing of Godwin fleet equipment
  • Troubleshoot diesel engine, electrical systems, and pump problems
  • Rebuild diesel engines and pump ends
  • Assist customers and Xylem personnel with setting up pumping systems on customer job sites
  • Perform diagnostic checks using computer technology
  • Participate in weekly on-call rotation schedule to assist customers after hours
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of diesel experience and/or training
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
  • Commercial Driver License B - Preferred
