Join Grifols as a Field Service Engineer

Grifols is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide top-notch service and support to our customers in the Norfolk, Virginia area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance and system upgrades of instrumentation and its interface at the customer site, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on a variety of electromechanical, fluidic, and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer relationship management and collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure proper resolution and close out of regulated documentation in the CRM system.
  • Manage all preventative maintenance and system upgrades of instrumentation and its interface at the customer site.
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on a variety of electromechanical, fluidic, and medical devices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience working with lab equipment and/or electronic/electro-mechanical equipment with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related Scientific Discipline.
  • Excellent organizational, record keeping, and inventory skills required.
  • Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other certifying agency policies and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and familiar with computerized call handling systems.
