As a Spa and Pool Service Specialist, you will be an essential member of our wellness team, responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of various areas, including reception, retail, waiting areas, linen storage, pools, and relaxation spaces. Your role will ensure that these environments are consistently clean and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain treatment rooms and linen storage with essential supplies, adhering to established standards and checklists.
  • Prepare and manage hydrotherapy equipment and execute opening and closing procedures.
  • Oversee spa water quality, restock refreshment stations, and ensure outdoor areas are well-kept.
  • Follow verbal instructions and checklists to complete various tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure spa reception and relaxation lounges are tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Guide guests to their designated areas with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness in Ojitos and drink stations throughout the day.
  • Execute cleaning and closing tasks for the Spa and Ojitos, following verbal directions and checklists.
  • Utilize downtime effectively by adhering to checklists and instructions.
  • Assist with monthly inventory of retail items as needed.
  • Promptly report any guest or facility issues to management.
  • Cross-train in other spa areas as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Preferred minimum of one year of experience in a spa environment.
  2. CPR certification is a plus.
  3. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  4. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  5. A commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences is crucial.
  6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
  7. Ability to work in a tranquil environment with exposure to heat and steam.
  8. Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods, with the capability to lift and handle items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests positively.
  10. Maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts.
  11. Manual dexterity and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions are required.
