Job Title: Spa Esthetician

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Spa Esthetician to join our team at the Inn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, NM.

Job Summary:

The Spa Esthetician will provide exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the quality and standards of our spa facilities. This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direction of the Spa Director to maintain exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide meticulous facial treatments, consultations, and sales of retail products.
  • Communicate effectively with spa staff, guests, and management to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service.
  • Prepare massage equipment, sanitize instruments, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Meet sales targets, promote spa services, and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Follow all safety and health regulations, including PPE protocols.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Current Esthetician/Cosmotologist license as required by the State of New Mexico.
  • Minimum 1 year massage therapist experience; spa or hospitality experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on your feet or sit for long periods, lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
  • CPR Certification a plus.
