Nail Technician

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team at the Inn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, NM.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional nail care services to our guests, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. As a Nail Technician, you will work under the direction of the Spa Director to ensure the quality and exceptional guest experience of the property Spa Facilities as it relates to nail care.

• Provide meticulous nail treatments, including manicures and pedicures.
• Maintain a professional appearance, wearing a clean and well-kept uniform, and nametag.
• Develop and maintain positive, friendly, and professional relationships with employees, coworkers, and guests.
• Punctually arrive and set up time 20 minutes prior to appointments.
• Support co-workers by cleaning personal space as well as public spaces.
• Responsible for keeping environment clean, taking laundry to the bins, and trash to bins.
• Effective retail knowledge and experience in selling retail products.
• Maintain proper opening/closing procedures and acting responsibly with transactions.
• Follow all safety and health regulations as well as Heritage Hotel Standards.
• Keep current and up to date knowledge of changing trends and developments in the department.
• Staying current with all State Licenses and Regulations.
• Willingness to learn new about products and new techniques.
• Support with keeping track of inventory needs.

• Current Cosmetologist or Manicure-Pedicure license from the Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists as required by the State of New Mexico.
• Must be a passionate people person, as this job is highly interactive and requires superb customer service skills sales experience a plus.
• Friendly and warm demeanor, excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work on your feet or sit for long periods of time.
