POSITION SUMMARY

The Mechanical Assembly Specialist will be engaged in various sectors of our production facility,

focusing on the assembly of diverse motor components. This role emphasizes Safety,

Quality, Timeliness, and Efficiency.

The position is under the supervision of the Production Supervisor and is part of a unionized workforce. It offers opportunities for advancement and eligibility for health, welfare, and retirement benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembling motor components with minimal oversight
  • Adhering to quality system protocols as necessary

Qualifications

  • Proficient in reading process instructions and technical drawings
  • Basic arithmetic skills are essential
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for up to 8 hours daily
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Available Shifts

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
