Position Summary:

We are seeking a proficient Assembly Technician to carry out various tasks associated with the assembly of our products. This role is essential in ensuring that all components fit accurately and meet the quality standards of the final product.

The technician will be responsible for executing high-level continuous work while adhering to safety protocols and quality benchmarks. Tasks may vary based on operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct repetitive assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any production line, following established standard work procedures.
  • Identify quality issues and unsafe conditions, maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
  • Interpret technical drawings to ascertain dimensions, designs, and materials for assembly.
  • Utilize power pneumatic tools, hand tools, and measuring devices necessary for job functions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and inspection of tools and equipment, generating work orders for repairs as required.
  • Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating supply needs, and placing orders accordingly.
  • Perform tasks such as brazing, soldering, operating machinery, and conducting quality checks.
  • Ensure a safe and organized working environment by complying with all relevant procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with hand tools including wrenches, sockets, and measuring devices.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of operational processes.
  • Proficient in using computer systems.

Key Skills:

Ability to learn and operate all equipment related to the role, including power tools and measuring devices. Assemble components by ensuring correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies, while verifying specifications through measurements.
