Part-time Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a Part-time Leasing Specialist to join our team at The Collier Companies. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects
  • Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community
  • Generate leads by conducting effective follow-up on the phone and through email
  • Create and implement promotional programs, including creative online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach, and resident events
  • Contribute to desired occupancy levels by renewing current resident leases
  • Maintain accurate resident files
  • Create a positive, memorable experience for residents and prospects
  • Create rapport and foster relationships with residents/prospects
  • Process applications and close sales
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed
