Position Overview:

Rental associates play a crucial role in driving sales through exceptional customer service, assisting clients with rental gear, and ensuring they have the necessary equipment for an extraordinary outdoor adventure.

Position Details:
  • Outlet: Rental Center
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours available
  • Skill Level: Entry
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at our retail locations
  • Assist guests in selecting the right equipment - training will be provided
  • Educate guests on the use of rental gear, safety protocols, and their responsibilities regarding the equipment during the rental period
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards
  • Additional tasks may include cashiering and retail sales
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of products and trends in the outdoor industry
  • Ability to stand and move actively in a team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Proficiency in English communication
A Rental Associate is a versatile team member who may engage in multiple roles across different departments to support a unified resort experience, which could include:
  • Mountain Activities

  • Base Area Support
The anticipated pay range is $21.00. This represents the reasonable compensation expected for this position, with individual pay decisions influenced by various factors.
