We're seeking a skilled Ski and Snowboard Equipment Technician to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our rental shop team, you'll provide exceptional guest service while advising on gear condition, perform tuning and repair services, and work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on gear condition and recommend suitable equipment for guests
  • Perform high-quality tuning and repair services for skis and snowboards
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
  • May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments

Requirements:
  • Display mechanical aptitude and ability to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance, or repairs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
